Getting Started

Enki Enterprise includes everything in Enki Standard, plus the two features large organizations ask for most:

• A send-time prompt for outbound email — before someone sends a message to an external recipient or a large distribution list, Enki shows a warning in Outlook so they can double-check recipients and attachments before it goes out.
• Outlook Classic support — a native Windows add-in for organizations that still rely on the classic Outlook desktop client, deployed and configured independently of the cloud-based add-in used by Basic and Standard.

Choose your deployment path

Enki Enterprise is delivered as two separate components, and most organizations deploy both:

1. The Outlook Classic add-in — a Windows installer (EnkiOutlookAddin.msi/.exe) for machines running the classic Outlook desktop client. See Install the Enki Outlook Classic Add-in and Configure the Enki Outlook Classic Add-in to set it up.
2. The cloud or on-premise add-in — the same manifest-based add-in used by Enki Basic and Enki Standard, for users on the Outlook Web App and the new Outlook, so coverage is consistent across your whole organization.

Get set up

Contact Eventus to confirm your security mailbox, your internal/external domain lists (used to decide which recipients or links count as "external"), and whether you're deploying the classic add-in, the cloud add-in, or both. Eventus provides priority technical support throughout setup.
